This dressing is quite thick and creamy, so it's also great as a dip! Thank you for making cruelty free eating so easy and delicious! To my taste which I love lemony dressing but this is a Caesar so the lemon zest was to much for me and thank god I went with 2 tbsp of lemon juice otherwise it would have been to acidic . I could not believe how much it tasted like the real thing. I bought minced garlic and put about 2 tablespoons in, added just 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and omitted the maple syrup.
